Few reasons Arsenal can win at Old Trafford (Part 2)
(Continued from part 1…)
Arsenal have played without fear on their road trips and have scored liberally, which has aided them to stay alive in the Barclays Premier League. The Gunners have played eight games in this season, out of which they have won five.
They have drawn two and lost only one game. That defeat came against http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Chelsea-c38786 at Stamford Bridge.
Arsenal will have nothing to fear going into the game against Manchester United and will be buoyant for the challenge. This is the first time in recent history that the absence of Cesc Fabregas is not being missed by the Gunners, which is mainly due to the immense form of Nasri and Arshavin.
The confident Arsenal team will have no fear when they make the journey to Old Trafford because they will rely on in their aptitude. They will be alert that a loss will not mean the end of the season for them, which has been the situation in the last two occasions that the two teams have met.
Fabianski in excellent form
The Gunners’ manager was hugely criticized for his reluctance to land an experienced shot stopper at Emirates, who could provide a lot of quality to Arsenal. The criticism seemed justified when Arsenal’s veteran number one keeper Almunia, committed blunders and gifted all three points to West Bromwich Albion, at Emirates.
However, Almunia also sustained an injury in that game against WBA and has been out of action since September.
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Lukasz-Fabianski-c22910 started to stand between the posts for the Gunners and has impressed a lot in this season. The Polish shot stopper had a catastrophic last season when he was blameworthy for many easy goals and was correctly criticized.
However, Fabianski has established a lot of flexibility and his demonstrations have been confident. Lukasz Fabianski has not been aided by an unstable Arsenal defence but he has performed his duties very well.
No doubt, the twenty-five-year-old does commit random blunders but he has also made some very important saves. Fabianski has shown that he has the quality to be the first choice keeper at Emirates.
Strongest bench in the English Premier League
It would not be unfair to say that Arsenal have a very strong bench, probably the best in Europe. The Gunners have many established well-known players on the bench and can call upon them when necessary.
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Mexico-c2956’s starting eleven, has regularly been on the bench.
In this season, Vela could not even be put up on the bench due to the massive race for places in the team. Arsenal Samba star, Denilson, will once again be a part of the bench, mainly due to the immense form of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Jack-Wilshere-c17463.
Jack Wilshere has managed to engrave his name in the starting eleven of Arsenal and has impressed a lot since the start of this season. Nonetheless, here is Bettor.com’s prediction of Arsenal’s starting eleven, when they take on Manchester United for the seventeenth round of Barclays Premier League.
Starting eleven:
Lukasz Fabianski will start between the sticks for the Gunners. Arsenal’s veteran right back, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Laurent-Koscielny-c21742 will feature in the heart of Arsenal’s defence.
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Samir-Nasri-c32360 will retain his place on the right wing and Arshavin will take charge of the left side of Arsenal attack.
However, there are possibilities of Persie starting against Manchester United, if not, then, Chamakh will play as a centre forward.
