  1. make sure, you stay away from all food and juice and milk, before your audition or performance. drink plenty of water before it, and make sure you run up and down scales, and do some exaggerated vowel A E I O OO (OO instead of U) and start at you lowest not you can hit, then go all the way up to you highest, like an air raid syrian. good luck

  2. Stay away from soda and milk before the audition. It's bad for your voice. Scales are a good vocal exercise.

  3. drink some water.

  4. Eat warm food and don't shout at people

  5. Vocal exercise are usually thought of for classical singers, but I recommend scales or arpeggios using all of the vowels A E I O U

use each of the vowel sound led by M

    May Me My Moe Moo

do this slowly and softly. Gradually work up to medium voice.

Do this over your entire range.

  6. you can try hissing and sipping,

    take ten sips of air.

then hold your breath for 10 seconds

then release your breath through hisses, do 10 of these.

if you are struggling try doing five of each first.

you can also try doing scales
