If you are being charged seperate for your phone there is a problem in your account. You need to call them and tell them you signed up for the Triple Play and they should be able to fix it for you. That is not a common occurance.

  1. reading all the bad reviews and customer comments on FiOS it seems that it IS a common occurance, they cant seem to get there billing right...
