Fiance Visa! need help going crazy?

Question

we did this K1 fiance visa thing this year.the papers went in on Feb.14 2008 our lawyer said it can take 3-6 months to get the ok.

but what if i have the ok. what do i have to do after that any medical tests before i can fly back to america or can i do that in the us . and what happens after that interview can i fly back right after that or do i have to wait again. i back in germany since december and i really can't wait any longer. i hate being here i miss my fiance and i'm really scared that they could say no. what if they just don't want that we are getting married. we gave them pictures and flight tickets etc. from us. really lots of stuff. i feel like i'm going crazy and it takes forever.

if somebody went through that then please tell me what do i have to expect and how much longer i have to wait till i can sit on a plain back HOME.

if ur visa get approved u can leave for the states even the day after. that's what i did.

but u cant schedule the appointment for few days earlier. they have too many people and they'r gonna refuse it anyways.

but u have to get married withtin 3 months after u hit teh states. however is gonna take other 4-6 moths after the marriage to get receive the green card cause the paperworks wont be finished. till then u r not allowed to get out of the us. u cant move till u receive ur green card.

it might help ur intervew if ur fiancè will be with u.

bring with u letters and pics and all that can prove u r engaged.

however i didnt have much with me but it wasnt a problem.

you just need a lot of patience i know it's hard because i'm livin exactly the same situation as you but i sent the paper in october 2007 and i still don't have an answer yet they just told us we have to wait!what else can you do but wait!

I'm missing my fiance too but you have to be strong it's all worth it at the end

The process cannot be rushed.

If you miss the fiance so much have him come to Germany and stay with you until the papers get aproved.

Usually it takes exactly 6 months before you find out if the visa is a no go or not
