Fiance in Navy A school in great lakes IL we want to get married on weekend?

i want to fly up with our 9 month old son in september and get married legally .. he ony gets liberty i think on the weekends.. can we get married on a saturday at the court house? or can you only do it on the weekdays?? and what are the actual steps i have to take to be legally married.. ?? again hes in a-school in the navy and im not sure how flexable his liberty time is and i think we will only have the weekend to do it. has anyone else done this??

I suggest locating a bed and breakfast inn, one that handles intimate wedding ceremonies.

Most courthouses are not open on the weekends.  You can of course call the Illinois courthouse and ask.  Phone numbers for Illinois courthouses are at the bottom of this page.
