ill be goin to Kentucky next two months and be goin back to the phils in a month of stay there. if we meet there, can he still apply for a fiance visa for me? and dont need to come here nemore?

  2. why not just marry   and get it over with  your visit  to  Kentucky  may lite up   many radars  screens    when comes time  for the fiance visa  if he can't afford coming to  Phils    what makes you think he can support  you ?/   what about  the affidavit of support he need to file for you  at 125 % above poverty level

  3. your fiance needs to address his request to the USCIS to ask for a fiance visa from the US, that will of course save a trip and money,

Petition for Alien Fiance(e) I-129F $455. There is no fee for petitions for K-3 status based on an immigrant petition filed by the same U.S. citizen. 07/30/07, 11/24/06 editions can be used, no other editions accepted

  4. You should be able to do it. Good luck. I hope he's rich and takes care of you.

  5. As long as you have met within the past 2 years, he can file a fiance petition for you. It really doesn't matter where you met.
