Fiance visa has been sent back for further review

Question

On july 2007 my petition for fiance visa has been sent back for further review and i have been waiting till date and nothing can be heard from them. Please help me what to do.

I have heard about thing like this so many times. They like to take their time sometimes. It's not they're waiting on anything or anyone. They can afford to chill, those @$$holes. I would bombard them with e-mails and calls and faxes and letters, maybe contact a senator or congressman. My guy and I have contacted his Governor for things, and actually got replies and solutions.

Please answer my question, too, if you can.

check here your case status,  and if  still have questions. they have also a phone number, or send them an email, they always answer.

2007?? blimey! yes, check ur case online, call them, email them...contact them somehow! something isnt right.

Exactly, go to her country and marry her. Then take her to the US Embassy in her country and ask for a visa for her. You are the American citizen - you got to tell them you got tired of waiting!!! Aren't you tired of waiting? Unless you are having reservations about getting married...
