  1. there are many types of visas. Visit the US embassy website and to apply for citizenship ( if that is your choice) or the fiance visa. I have pasted the link for you

  2. what is the question?

  3. I wouldn't know what the best way would be.  I brought my wife over to U.S. with finance visa and we didn't have a baby at that time.  I would imagine a baby would just mean just more paper work.  My memory is foggy but here is the jest of it.  In my case, I had to prepare my documents and submit them to the US Immigration first.  And the INS, now the homeland security, had to review it and then send a document to US embassy where she lives.  She then had to prepare a mountain of documents and submit to US embassy and go through an intervew.  So this took about 3 months.  We waited another 3 months and finally she received her finance visa and she arrived in U.S..  Once she is here, with or without ceremony, you have to get legally married within 2 years and file for a status change to a permanent resident.  6 or 8 months after the filing of status change request, you have to show up for an interview and provide more documents.  After the interview, she became a permanent resident and she can freely travel in and out of U.S.  Now we wait for her to become a naturalized citizen.  This I believe takes 4~5 years.  So the whole process of becoming a U.S. citizen is a lengthy process.

When I checked last time, 6 years ago or so, fiance visa was the fastest way to get my wife here.  I don't know if that's still true.  A lot of things happened since then.  My advice to you is to make at least 3 copies of every document you make.  They can be soft copies.  For some reason, U.S. Immigration wants same documents filed over and over again.  So it's easier to file them if you have old copies.  Whatever you need is at www.uscis.gov.  Good luck!
