Fiancee in jail and need ways to cope?

my fiancees in jail and we have 2 children..they are 2 and 10 years old...he just went in on Thursday and has no bond til the next court date in a month....all i am doing constantly is counting the days to his court date and thinking about him..the loneliness after the kids go to bed....how do i stop even just a little and chill out? i am getting migraines BAD

First of all take a deep breath, and realize that the court system was invented to s***w people.  It doesnt care about circumstances, or whether or not hes a good guy or a bad guy.  It is the same for everyone, and there is nothing you can do about it.  You just have to accept the consequences of your husband, correct the problem, find a solution, and pray about it.  I used to not believe in God and the power of prayer, really I did not.  Just try it.  Ask God to give you a little relief.  Do not bargain with Him or make empty promises that you'll do this or do that, as that does not work or fool anyone.  Talk to Him like a friend, and ask Him to take your burden.  You will feel better, I promise!

been there. it is hard. my hubby has to go for a month or so pretty soon. i have three kids. but he has been there before.i have always just put on a movie that we wach together any time we have alone time that seemd to help. put on one of his shirts that smell like him to go to sleep in,maybee talk to one of his family members that know how close you two are. just hang in there and do not get depressed ezer said then done i know just be strong for you rkids just emagian how they fell you are there only support right know. hold your head up and keep smilling.good luck.

why was his licence suspended in the first place.?

If you know he is innocent when why are you so stressed?

I understand that you miss him, but be strong for your kid's sake.

there's heap of stuff you can do. exercise is very good for bad energy and depression, it will give you adrenalin to move on.try doing yoga and  pilates and when youre tired you will sleep like a baby.

What's he on probation for? They don't keep you in jail for thirty days because of driving on a suspended license and his probation officer had a reason for violating him on such a minor offense. Whole story sounds fishy to me.
