Question:

Fiancial Aid? Can Non-Degree Seeking Students get it?

I have a BA already in English and Psychology. I am looking to take Sign Language Interpreter classes to become a interpreter. It has been a love for me for a while. The only schools to offer it in Orlando area are community colleges for AAs. I already have a BA, so I can't get an AA.

Any info. you can provide would be beneficial.

  1. Sorry, you can't get financial aid as a non-degree seeking student, nor can you get it towards a second undergrad degree if you already have one.  There's no way around this.

If you're really determined, and can't pay for it on your own, you can do this...  Take one semester towards a masters degree at a cheap state college and get the max amount of student loans possible.  That should leave you with about $6000 in cash leftover after tuition and fees. Use that to pay for the community college.
