Fiat punto write-off insurance value?

is there a way to get a guide figure for how much i will get for the insurance as the cars value?? its a V reg, 90kmiles, good nic. thanks

  1. Try Kelly Blue Book and find the average price for your car given all of the information that you said (you will also need the model year)


  2. Look on autotrader for similar vehicles, as this gives a true representation of what you will get.

    Looking at guide price books, such as Glass`s, Parkers ec will give you just that - a guide price. The Insurers will settle on "real world" value.

    They will also make a deduction for any unrelated damage to the car, so any dents, scrapes or knocks will be deducted from its original guide price.

    It's a 97 5-door P reg, 1.2 petrol, manual transmission.

  5. I doubt you will get much Fiat models do not have a high resale value even when they have not had an accident! I don't think you will buy another.
