While fide chess tournaments do they allow to go to toilet in middle of the chess game.

yes pal they do.....i've playing them all my life and im 2456 elo..but since some unethical problems started like using a program so i think they've banning it..as far is american tournaments are concerned

Yes, if your opponent moves it is your time.   If on your time you want to go to the toilet, think at the board, or streak around the building it is your choice.  FIDE does not care.  Although streaking is rare at chess tournaments.:)
