http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Fidel-Henderson-Edwards-c57010 gives ultimatum to Indian batsmen – West Indies v India – 1st Test – Cricket News Update
Fidel Edward has warned the Indian batsmen about his http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Neil-Killeen-c79132 intentions for the three Test series which will be starting from June 20, 2011, at Sabina Park, Kingston, Jamaica.
He anticipated that the rival team will find it really difficult to cope with his deliveries though they might have gone through his videos. He acknowledged the batting strength of the Indians and claimed to be working to exploit their weaknesses in the
upcoming matches.
"They have seen me; seen my footage. In a way it's harder for me as I haven't seen them. But I would now see the footage and we go from there," he shared.
Edwards was impressed with the contribution of the greats, who took their team to the peaks of world cricket during their time. They even used to manage on dull wickets, due to their height and speed.
He complimented the likes of http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Services-c840 to the Caribbean cricket and he found himself lucky to seek guidance from them which will be
vital against http://www.senore.com/Cricket/India-c750.
Edwards believes that the Indian batsmen are not adept at playing on bouncy wickets and always find it hard to negotiate quality fast bowlers. He is hoping that the wicket at Sabina Park will give assistance to the Windies attack, which is at its best at
the moment, according to him.
He further narrated that he will not be under pressure in the presence of http://www.senore.com/Cricket/KAJ-Roach-c1758 who are performing well as strike bowlers.
"I have always called it (Sabina Park) a second home; a home away from home. Indians, over the years have had problems against http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Short-c90107 balls. They looked a lot better in the last series I watched but hopefully the promise is still there," said Edwards, commenting
about the Sabina Park wicket.
Edwards has played 43 Test matches for the http://www.senore.com/Cricket/West-Indies-c760 and has grabbed 122 wickets at an average of 39.43 runs per wicket, with the best of 7 for 87 runs in an innings and 8 for 133 runs in a match.
