  1. I don't think they should be, unless you are using a subscription wireless router.

    I never use the internet  on my cell phone unless I am at home and then I use the wi-fi in my house.


  2. wifi is usually free as far as i know. it definetly isnt the same as using wireless internet. sorry bout your luck

  3. WIFI= wireless fidelity (A.k.a a wireless connection to some persons wireless router which in turn, cost money to run. What they did is not wrong and not illegal. Good luck!
