Field Lacrosse???

I am going to play field lacrosse for the first time and i have been playing box for a while i was wondering if i have to wear shoulder pads because sometimes i seen people not wear them so i was just wondering.

  1. They are required and not an option to play without them. But rib pads are not mandatory.
