Field hockey concern?

hi i have been playing field hockey for a while now and actually for like 2 yrs i love it.im doing freshmen hockey this year. i need to improve my drives can anyone give me some tips and alot too i want to make this team more than anything in the world right now. thx

i play national hockey and if you want to improve your drives or anything alway get down low near the ball this will give you more power and use your body more instead of your arms

My main concern with field hockey is that some people call it "hockey".  There is only one "hockey" - the kind on ice.  Other forms of hockey need the descriptive word in front to denote them - field, table, floor, street, etc.
