Field hockey stick????

ok so i made Jv this year and im a freshman. I have a cranbarry composite stick and i play defense. so i wanted to know if grays are good for defense i know i take a lot of free hits so do u think it will be good for a strong nice it. also i like to like tackle (put my stick down sideways when they dribble up to me) do u think grays will work well for that? and does grays have composite or wood? and which is better for me composite or wood? also i am kinda a beginner but i played soccer forever and i went to a summer camp this year and im a natural at field hockey. so grays ok for me?

  1. Grays sticks are good, they have both composite and wood, but I would recommend composite because it's better than wood.  Basically, the stick isn't all that important; all sticks are made to play field hockey, so it doesn't matter too much which exact one.
