2)-heavy storm and magic cylinder are forbidden (i think) and reckless greed is limited to one

3)-id say its got an overall good fiend theme but you arent focusing on a strategy (how you want to win)

4)-if you take out or replace the cards in #2, yes

5)-heavy storm-replace with manevolent catastrophy

reckless greed-replace with legacy of yata garasu x2

magic cylinder-replace with negate attack or compulsory evacuation device
