Fight clip?

I just watched a clip of 2 teenagers fighting, it was a real fight for sure, but 1 of the kids was wearing a mouthpiece,since when did people start wearing protective gear in streetfights?

Some of these are like fight club things where people fight and it is filmed.

The people who film it pay them, then go sell the movies.

It is a bit rampant in my city.

It could also have been just a kid who did not want to get a tooth knocked out.

I have seen that before, too.
