Fight during pickup soccer...?

I play soccer every tuesday and thursday at this park and there is this very rude guy named eric. He disrespects me whenever I come inside and want to play. He keeps restating I'm not invited and where I came from (this is a pickup game btw and there is no need to ask so you can play). I came in a few days back to play and he told me that infront of all the people. So today I go in to play and he does it AGAIN! I've had it this time. I blew up. I yelled at him and told him to go s***w himself and that he has a big mouth and attitude problem. I'm wondering what you guys would do if you were in my place with such an obnoxious person trying to humiliate you infront of people you don't even know?

I would have ignored him, continue and play, then in the middle of the game, go after his ***, SMACK DOWN! Start with head slam against your knee, as he falls to the ground, HELP him fall by kicking his balls, then stomp on his face:]

Stand up to him and if he keeps doing it then in the middle of the game throw an elbow to his face.Just come up from behind in the middle of the game and bam! knock that mother ****** out.
