  1. thats a bit of a tough question, i am a local fighter out of virgina and i just started to get some pro fights, but with every fighter is differnt, some beleave you need massive muscles and wieght  work outs while others will say it dosent help much at all and technique and cardio is what counts. I am a light wieght fight and i can back up that massive muscles will hurt you more than help cause speed and style will be better, but as far as light heavys go have muscle power probly does help if i had to average i would say light heavies average around 300-385 benching, but this is not a solid number just an estimated guess. I know to have knock out power you have to be able to produce a 200 pound plus strike. and thats not easy.

  2. There's no record of that, as it is not very relevant to fighting.

Tank Abbot is said to bench press (there's even a video) 600 lbs, and look at his record........

  3. Marcus Davis said he can bench press 400 in an interview.

I personally wouldn't get too caught up in that.  Probably deadlift is a better measure of overall strength.

  4. I do 300 and Im a middleweight
