Fighter factory help!?

Question

I've tried making a mugen char 4 about...2 months...I've tried every tutorial on youtube...none of them work! plz can some1 explain how 2 do it? if u KNOW how 2 do it like u've done it b4 then can u email me on how 2 do it? like step by step? it's driving me crazy that I can't make a simple char @_@

see....it is very hard to make a character ...if you want to know why,just open any character with fighter factory and look at his sprites...
