How often do you train and what discipline do you practice?

  1. I train in kickboxing, Muay thai, juijitsu and kung fu and i train every day of the week but i also take rest every now and then. About 12 hours of training a week.

I try to train everyday, but of course as anyone will tell you the wear and tear is alot on the body, I saw on a regular basis 5 days a week 8 hours a day, that will cover my bjj, and muai thai training and I do a little bit of boxing, weight training i also important I usually weight train 3 times a week.

  3. Daily training and when sparring, work on technique. You have to keep composure also. When you get excited, you get sloppy.

  4. Daily -- walking stick techniques.

  5. I train anywhere from 5-6 times a week, 7 if you count at home workouts. I train in MMA.

    So I train about 12 hours a week.

  6. everyday but sunday. 1.5-2 hour workouts.

    i train in jkd, wushu, kenpo, and muay thai.

  7. 4 days a week, 2 days at 1.5 hours, and 2 at 3.

    Gym 3 times a week:  .5 hours cardio, .5 weights

    I train BJJ, Muay Thai, and Kempo

    I also do a few heavy bag work outs each week.  The most important thing you need is cardio.

    Cardio--Cardio--Cardio  This is where most fighters fail.
