Fighting schools near greenwich connecticut?

I am looking for a school with actual sparring (alot) and not just learning kata and fourms like first teaching you strikes and sparring to practice them.

I just want to suggest a few things since you aren't getting any answers...

First, find a few possible schools:

1. Searching online (directly, such as: "karate greenwich"; or indirectly associations and then ask them for clubs in your area)

2. Search the old phone book. Many clubs still use this method

3. Ask martial artists and MA teachers.

Second, go to a bunch of classes and watch. Remember that every class won't be the same - they may be doing more or less sparring than normal. But you can get a feeling for the class anyways.

Third, ask others their opinions about the classes which you liked. Maybe they will tell you to avoid one of those clubs for a good reason. Or they might give that club a good review. You never know.

But, basically, do your homework before you join any class.
