Honestly, anything can be considered a sacred fruit. It's all depending on its purposes, the energy put into it and the individual perception.

No one knows for sure. There are even some people who believe it was a tomato. It depends on your religious belief.  However, since the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil was a metaphor, it could very well be that there was no tree and it was a figure of speech, to teach a life lesson.
