Hi guys,
Im in Sydney, Australia and I would like to find out more about the figure fitness competetion. I have a pretty good base of muscle but am not lean so I would like to find more info about how i can do this, what it takes, the training that I need to do and what my diet should consist of.
Anyone with any info qwould be great! Wou.d be great to hear of a lady who does this!
