Figure Fitness competition HELP!?

Hi guys,

Im in Sydney, Australia and I would like to find out more about the figure fitness competetion. I have a pretty good base of muscle but am not lean so I would like to find more info about how i can do this, what it takes, the training that I need to do and what my diet should consist of.

Anyone with any info qwould be great! Wou.d be great to hear of a lady who does this!

    i am also training for a figure competition =]

    the 3 most important things u need do is

    have a good diet

    lift weights

    cardio

    you want to eat a lot of protein in your diet. about 1-1.5 grams per pound of body weight. next you need healthy carbs for energy.

    like sweet potatos, oatmeal, and brown rice. You also need good healthy fats. You can get those from nuts, olive oil, and fish.

    For training, i'd suggest doing 3 full body workouts for 45-60 minutes a week. And do 30-60 minutes of cardio 4-6 days a week. Dont be afraid to lift heavy and hard.
