Figure Skating Pants?

Okay, I am looking for a pair of figure skating pants with a stripe of color on the side and they can't be over 3 0

Target is usually a great source of pants. look under sports wear. um, it'll either be under running or yoga. occasionally they will be under relax wear, but its pretty unusual.
