Figure Skating help?(:?

Okay,well,im currently in freestyle1,i will be getting my first pair of skating shoes soon!i am very excited!but i don't know which one is right for me!My proshop here offers Risport,Riedell and jackson skates,which one would you think would be the best buy?What model should i get?And where can i buy sweat pants for skating?thanks!please help!!

  1. I don't teach Freestyle one, but first things first, they are not skating shoes(not to sound rude or anything) they are skates or boots.

    I would start with Riedells, they are cheaper than Jacksons and more people at the lower levals use them. I use Jacksons but i'm at Intermediate Free and Junior Moves(US devision) and they are stiffer and more supportive. I switched once I started my axel.

    For you, go with the ridel bronze, silver, or gold stars(your coach or whoever works at the skate shop can tell you wich ones based on the elements you are doing). Hope you keep skating!!


  2. risport rf4's are good! iam around your level and skate in these. They take some breaking in but are well worth it, and you wont be paying top prices for them.  Sweat pants...anywhere!
