Figure Skating practice off - ice

I was just wondering, is Gymnastics, Ballet or yoga best for off - ice training? I have done Gymnastics before when i was younger, but i gave it up. Which one ( or ones ) should i take up now to help with flexibility n stuff? Thanks!

  1. Probaly ballet because it gives u balance  


  2. Ballet would be the best because it teaches artistry, increases flexibility, and teaches proper jumping technique.  Plus, it's a lot of fun!  

  3. well all three are very good for strength and flexibility...but i think that you should only pick one, you don't want to be too busy :]
