yhyhyhyh...i know i'm c**p!

anyways. i really need a proper ice skating training programme.

was wonderin if a good figure skater would be nice enough to make one on powerpoint or sumin and send it via yahoo questions!?!

pleaaaase really need your help

i waste way too much time on the ice

but i dont know how to practice

  1. sorry! i dont really have powerpoint but anyways here it is:

    *do moves in the field and footwork from program for 15+ minutes.

    * 1-2 back scratchspins then go jump

    * do 3 axels, and at least 1 landed axel 2toeloop/ axel 2loop

    * do 2 double salchows and then to double salchow combonations with 2toe and 2loop

    * do the same with double loop and double toeloop. 2 times, then combonations.

    * double flip: practice for as much as you want. sometimes do 1 single-1double-1single-1double. dont practice it for over 20 minutes.

    *same with double lutz if your coach allows you.

    *do every spin you ever thought existed, not just the basic camels, laybacks, and sitspins. there are beillmans, doughnuts, leg up spins, catchfoot layback, flying camels, flying sits, cannonballs, shoot the duck spins, crossfoot, crossfoot sitspin,inverted spins, you can do these positions on both back/front and of course you can put these in combonations.

    even if you think you have a spin you still need to work on it because it is never good enough.

    also do spirals, spread eagles, ina baurs, beillman spirals, senior spirals, novice spirals,hydrablades, and anything else you can ever think of.

    practice your program 2+ times a day. if you have short and long practice each program 2+ times a day.,
