Try eBay.  I have found and purchased nice dresses and skating equipment for reasonable prices.  Most dress makers deliver world-wide.  Good luck!

ebay is definitely the way to go if you want to order on line. They have tons of choices and a lot of it isn't too expensive.

Another way is look at your pro shop, because of lot of times they have good practice skirts, or look in the phone book and you could find a nice skating goods store. Also you could ask your coach about places near you to buy skating apparel.
