Figuring out KPH?

Question

I did 783 keystrokes in 2 minutes. What would this be in KPH? How do you figure this out?

in 2 mins = 783

in 1 min  = 391.5

in 60 min = 391.5 x 60

23490 ksph

which is extremely high. Something wrong somewhere. Were you just randomly hitting keys for 2 mins or what?

To convert typing speed, words per minute, to keystrokes per hour, use the following:

Keystrokes per hour = words per minute x 300
