File Consistency on CS:S skins?

Question

I downloaded a C4 skin for CS:S. No haxxor or nothin'. but EVERY server enforces consistency on the files it's given me, so I can't get into anything. MAH GAME'S BROKE. In other wurds.

Is there anyway to un-install skins, or re-download the default bomb files?
