I cant for the life of my macbook running Leopard and gateway using Vista to file share. I tried through the the same wi-fi connection but that just proved to be frustrating? is there an easier way maybe using my ethernet cable? or a sure-fire way to get them to work through my wi-fi?

  1. Wi-Fi conection is the best way to do this. I just did this with my friend. On the Lepord, have you, or someone else make a network. Click on the Wi-Fi signel and click "creat a network. Link up to that on your vista and then they chould be conected. Then you are free to transfer files. Make sure that you have public file sharing turrned on though.
