File hosting with flash/embeding . Urgent!?

Right, so people say making a website entirely made from flash wont make the search engines pick me up. Anyways, my basic format is

main page with 4 buttons leading to other pages. Cant i just embed.which means its a html file with flash IN it,

im only 13 so im not very professional.
