File sharing programs?

I currently have Limewire on my computer and was wondering if there was something a little better out there. I like the way limewire is set up, I just don't like losing my music every year when I have to re-install it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have had limewire for 2 yrs and had no problem!  works for me!

Use torrents. thepiratebay.org and uTorrent are your best friends.

If you have to use P2P, Limewire Pro is the best by far.

I suggest if your going in the direction of downloading stuff from the net, leave Limewire alone. people have been known to get arrested using Limewire because of illegal file sharing. My advise is, get utorrent or azurues (aka Vuze), join a private torrent site like Bitsoup.org or equivalent.

Private sites are almost virtually virus free unlike LW and you can get the newest and hottest stuff b4 the public does. :)
