File system unrecognised by any of the operating...

Question

I have a 4 G.B. Flash Disk usb which was working fine,but few days before when i inserted it to my PC it hanged my computer for a while and flashed a message to format the disk.Afterward it seems normal when it is being attached to the computer but while opening the drive it displays the message "please insert the disk into the drive" and in the property window of the disk it shows everything 0 bytes(used as well as free space).From my point of view may be the file system of the disk is being corrupted,please provide me a better solution.
