Files i deleted from my computer kept reappearing after refresh but will dissapear after restart

However only certain files act this way. Some files don't. Can anyone help?

  1. You may be having a virus or spyware installed on your PC. Norton, AVG , Avast are free antivirus software. Ad-aware, Ewido are free spyware removers. You can download free softwares at http://fixit.in/antivirus.html and http://fixit.in/spywareremover.html . You can also run a free registry scan using utilities from http://re7.info


  2. Empty the recycle bin. Run Check disk, instructions here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/315265
