Filet-o-fish?

I'm always hearing from friends and McDonald's employees that their filet-o-fish is the only "real" food that McDonalds serves, why?

coz the rest of the meat items are over preserved, over seasoned and taken from dying and sick animals

Well I would say its really the only thing I like there. Not really healthy deep fried and made from pressed fish. But I eat it with no cheese and only one slice of bread. Jack in the box has one also but that ain't saying much.

Try making your own

Fresh Red snapper or Orange roughy

Grilled salt pepper and garlic

olive oil

Fresh bread or tortilla slice of lemon

a little lemon pepper aoli sauce.

Now thats real food

Because it's a real fish in there.

Maybe because it is a whole piece of fish - and not pieces that were ground up (like nuggets or burgers).

Anyway - Wendy's has a new fish sandwich that is 10x better - tastier, bigger piece of fish, and price is about the same.

well to tell the truth im an ex mcdonalds employee.. and ive never heard that.. idk why they would say that except that the fish Is more fresh,non greasy n such.. but then the same would go for the chicken nuggets and the mcchickens , and chicken selects... unless im totally wrong.. i apologize.
