Hello,I had purchased a product of value less than Rs 5000 using an online shopping network. The supplier of the product is in New Delhi and I'm in Kerala India.The product was received in the middle of October 2007 and shipped back in the same week and as of now May 2008 no replacement has been received despite a phone call to the supplier on 1st December 2007 who said he would ship the replacement.Whats the process for filing cross country complaints with regards to products purchased online. http://icrpc.org/index.htm has some information, Is it the best recourse of action for me?
