Filing for harassment?

At my wifes store, there is an employee there with some type of financial problem. The company that is owed the money is continuously calling the store and harassing the associates, including my wife. I know it's harassment, but I'm trying to find out information for my wife and her boss on how to prevent this from continuing.

They can't harass you at work, call consumer credit counseling.
