Filipino nurses holding an indefinite leave to remain in Uk wanted to visit dublin.?

My husband and I wanted to travel to dublin to visit. I am wondering whether it is not necessary to have an Irish visa since we're both a permanent resident in UK? Thnaks for your answers! :)

  1. Then just I.D will be necessary, sometimes its better to carry passports just in case.

    Hope u both have a good time in Dublin!


  2. Bring your resumes, Ireland is short of nurses too.  You never know what you might turn up.

  3. As a permanent resident  in UK, there should be no complications going to Dublin. A passport is not needed when travelling between both countries only a valid form of ID so I don't think a visa would be necessary.
