i think 47pesos per kilo in Nueva Ecija, Philippines (home of Rice) i saw it in the news (TFC)

30- 36 pesos for a good quality rice, 20-25 pesos for a lesser quality, i live in batangas

lowest price here in olongapo is 29 per kilo

and the highest is the 45 per kilo...
