Question:

Fill Watertank Ventilate

My machine is brand new. I managed to make 3 great cups of coffee with it. Then when the water was gone I filled it again and now all I get is the message Fill Watertank Ventilate. I have tried priming it again, tried different levels of water but I still only get this one message. Can you help please?
