  1. glycolysis

  2. Glycolysis

Glycolysis is the first stage of cellular respiration which I assume is the subject at hand in which you are currently studying. When you eat each molecule of glucose is broken down into two molecules of pyruvate in a process called glycolysis. It uses 2 ATP and forms 4 ATP for a net gain of 2 ATP. Next step it goes to the Kreb's Cycle and then the ETC (electron transport chain) in which provides a net gain 36 ATP to be used for energy.

    Good luck studying this.

  3. Glycolysis.

  4. IT IS GLYCOLYSIS

  5. Yup, smarties is right.
