This is my First time filling out for Fasa. I filled it out on the web, and it says I need to put in my visa card Do I really need to

Do you mean the FAFSA?  (F-A-F-S-A not F-A-S-A?)  If you do mean the FAFSA, then it should be free.  Make sure you're at the right website!!!  You should NOT have to pay for it!

I don't know what you filled out, but nowhere on the F-A-F-S-A does it ask for your credit or nor does it require you to pay money. That's why it's the FREE application for federal student aid.

Not sure where or what you filled out but it certainly wasn't the FAFSA. Go to http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/ and fill it out for free there. You should never have to enter any payment information when filling out the FAFSA. I hope you didn't give that other site too much of your personal info!

Do not pay for the FAFSA.  

This is why they call it the FREE Application for Federal Student Aid.

NO! You are on the wrong site. The FAFSA is free. Try googling FAFSA and the official government site should appear.
