Filling out financial aid. parents filed joint?

im tryin to fill out my fafsa online. theres the question where how much did your father make? how much did your mother make? it says add together line so and so. they filed a joint tax return. so do i put a certain amount for my father and 0 for my mother? or do i put the identical amount in both boxes?

ask them and do as they say.  Don't pick an answer here that could be wrong, ask the proper people and do it right.  And by the way, if you are going to college, you should be able to figure out who to ask on your own.  Life gets harder than this.  Just wait.
