Is it better to fill out the application, at the place you are applying. Or take it, leave, and return it later that day or the next day.

Cause i leave and bring it back, and haven't been get calls or anything, should i fill it out there.

  1. Finding a job is very hard these days. Ive been looking all summer and just found one. I would suggest you still leave and bring it back that way you wont feel rushed

  2. Likely won't make that big a difference.  You'll be better off going there during less busy times, that way you might get to talk and make an impression with someone in management.

  3. Depends on the job. If it's Burger King or something, it doesn't matter. If it's a respectable company, I'd do it there, unless it's like the ATF app, which is like a dozen pages or so.

  4. ask for a manager.

always always ask for a manager.

  5. If you're able to fill out all of the information on spot, it doesn't hurt to go ahead and do that. Companies don't expect applicants to be able to fill everything out immediately, they know that you need to get your references and contacts.

  6. I leave the store and fill it out outside or somewhere. The employess look at you like your trash when you fill it out in the store. Also the managers seem annoyed with you if you feel it out in the store. Not to mention the nosey customers who stare at you while you ask for an application and stuff..
