and can i make ice cream with out ice cream maker?

i don't know about the film, but as far as the ice cream goes...

you can make some using:

two platic ziploc bags, one large and one extra-large

about 10-20 icecubes and a few tablespoons of salt

heavy cream

this makes vanilla ice cream, add chocolate syrup or cocoa powder for chocolate, or any other flavor like an extract or something

put the cream in the smaller one of the bags and zip it tight, with no air inside, set that aside

take the second (larger) bag and put the ice and salt in it, then place the bag of cream inside that bag. zip tight, leaving minimal amounts of air

then squish around the contents of the two bags with your hands until the cream inside in frozen

the mixture of salt with the ice makes it really cold, like a chemical reaction

this only makes a small, single-serving of ice cream, depending on how much cream you use

if your having guests over, you could have them each make their own! it's fun.

just make sure to zip the bags very tight, because leaks you make salty ice cream/ a big mess
