Question:

Film processing in Paris?

I'm visiting Paris in July and I'd like to process any film I take while I'm there. I'm looking for a decent & inexpensive semi-pro lab that can handle 120 and B&W (and potentially E-6) film on-site. Recommendations?

  1. There is no such thing as inexpensive in Paris.

  2. I think (I'm not sure) there is only one place in Paris that lets you process your films yourself:

    http://www.selfcolor.com/index.htm

But I don't think their self-service lab handles 120. Their regular service does as any other photo lab would. But this is the only one as far as I know that will let you rent a lab. The price is 12 €/hour or 300 €/30 hours.

Check the French yellow pages and under Qui? Quoi? enter Laboratoire photo and under Où? enter Paris. Then check the sites of all the photo labs to see if any other labs rent their facility/material.

EDIT: Oh Ok, then you'll have no problem finding a place that does it. I realize I forgot to give you the link to the yellow pages: http://www.pagesjaunes.fr/ If you are looking in a specific arrondissement then enter the zip code instead of Paris: 75001 for the 1st arrondissement, 75005 for the 5th, 75012 for the 12th etc.
